Questions, problems, or feedback — there's a real person at the other end.
Email jash.madhani.work@gmail.com and you'll get a reply. Mentioning your iPhone model and iOS version helps if something isn't working.
Yes. Sproutly stores everything on your iPhone and makes no network requests of its own. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. The privacy policy explains this in full.
Sproutly's data is included in your normal encrypted iPhone backup, so restoring a backup to a new device brings your milestones and photos with it. Because nothing is stored on a server, deleting the app without a backup removes the data permanently.
If your baby was born before 37 weeks, milestone expectations are usually adjusted for how early they arrived. Turn on "Born Before 37 Weeks" in Settings and enter the gestational weeks — Sproutly then works from corrected age rather than calendar age. Your pediatrician can tell you how long to keep correcting.
Milestone ages are broad averages, not deadlines, and healthy children reach them across a wide range of times. Sproutly is written to help you notice and remember, not to score your child. If something is on your mind, the most useful next step is always a conversation with your pediatrician — the PDF summary is designed to make that conversation easier.
Yes. Each child gets their own separate set of milestones, notes, and photos, and nothing is shared between them. Adding a second child is part of Sproutly Pro.
Pro is a single one-time purchase — never a subscription. It unlocks a second child, milestone photos, your own custom moments, shareable milestone cards, the pediatrician PDF report, and alternate app icons. Everything else in Sproutly is free.
Open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. This asks the App Store to re-check your Apple Account, which resolves it in most cases — including on a new device or after a reinstall. If Pro was bought by a family member, make sure Family Sharing is turned on for purchases. If it still doesn't appear, email me and I'll help.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them at reportaproblem.apple.com. I'm not able to issue refunds directly, but do let me know if something went wrong.
Settings has a Delete All Data option that removes every child, milestone, and photo from your device. Deleting the app does the same thing.
Email jash.madhani.work@gmail.com with what you were doing when it happened, plus your iPhone model and iOS version. Screenshots help a lot.
